Our founder, Dana, is a Le Cordon Bleu Paris graduate with experience from a renowned 3-Michelin-starred restaurant Arpège in the heart of Paris. Her culinary journey encompasses running a culinary studio and successful festive restaurants in Paris, France.

In her early career, our founder Dana embarked on an inspiring journey through Michelin-starred hospitality. She lived and worked across France, the UK, Belgium, Switzerland, Russia, and Estonia, immersing herself in the art of fine dining and luxury experiences.
Her impressive portfolio includes the creation of some of Paris's first festive luxury dining establishments and orchestrating events for Paris Fashion Week.

Allegro reflects her commitment to discovering top talent, sourcing the finest ingredients, and crafting exceptional culinary experiences on the island.
Dana’s expertise extends to menu development and venue curation, notably with MOMA Hospitality, where she contributed to renowned locations like the rooftop at Galeries Lafayette and ChezOim, among others. She later moved into hospitality consultancy, guiding both start-ups and established ventures toward excellence.
Her journey led her to the Mediterranean, where she embraced a vision of bringing exclusive, luxurious culinary events to
Cyprus.
